Cardio Options
The ways in which aerobic exercise can improve and lengthen your
life are well documented. Regular exercise promotes lean body mass
while burning fat, improving digestion and the body's ability to
eliminate toxins. Studies have shown that exercise also has the
power to increase feelings of well-being and reduce depression.
According to a report from a 1996 Aerobics Center study, people
who are moderately physically fit, (even smokers with high blood
pressure and high cholesterol), outlive nonsmokers who are healthy
but inactive. Just 20 minutes a day of sustained aerobic activity
can lower blood pressure and strengthen heart function.
To help you lose weight, increase the quality of life and reach

Fitness Classes
How to choose a class: Keep
in mind that everyone has a different rate of learning and progression
and every body has changing needs. These needs depend on your ability,
health and frequency of practice. We hope you will explore all our
classes to find out what works for you.
Awesome Abs: This class concentrates on all aspects of your midsection and lower back. It's 15-minutes of intense abdominal exercises. Six-pack anyone?
Cardio Mix: All fitness levels will enjoy this uncomplicated cardiovascular class. The workout includes any combination of high/ low, simple step moves, and kickbox to firm you up and slim you down.
Pilates: A 60-minute focus on the body's core muscles (the muscles that act at the hip bowl - abs, low back, quads, and hamstrings). Regular Pilates exercise will create more balance on right and left sides of your body, build strong lean muscle, strengthen your posture muscles, and help increase your concentration, flexibility, and mobility.
Rep Reebok: A 55-minute pre-choreographed strength training class which emphasizes progressive, goal based routines for maximum results. This class is a simple and effective way to improve muscular strength, function, shape and definition. Beginners welcome.
Rep Reebok "Mommy & Me": Get the same progressive resistance training as your friends and enjoy having your baby with you in class! This is a great workout for parents and a fun social activity for kids under two years of age. Ask about our child care to enjoy all of our class options.
Yoga: Here you will learn exercise techniques to develop a sense of self: centered, strong, calm and healthy. The 60-minute class focuses on balance, alignment, improving strength & stamina, increasing flexibility and reducing stress. Members are encouraged to move at their own intensity levels.
