Why Workout with Weights?


Not only does weight training have the obvious results of improved strength and a more youthful body, its also serves to better stabilize the body during its complicated movement patterns, serving to prevent muscle strain injuries, dislocations, and spinal misalignment.

Working out with weights enables your body to burn fat more efficiently while speeding your metabolism. Replacing fat with muscle increases your body's calorie burning capabilities.
